Colourful bales for cancer awareness
It started quite a riot, when the first pink bales showed up in fields 2014. It was so different from the colours people were used to see, that some farmers even received snappy comments or were being laughed at. But one thing the bales did for sure right from the start: Attract attention wherever they showed up.
And this was exactly what the brightly coloured bales were supposed to do: Attracting attention with the aim to raise awareness for breast cancer.
Until today, more than 15 million bales in pink, blue and yellow have been wrapped, supporting charity organisations and raising awareness for cancer worldwide.
